As a Junior Graphic Designer at Cogir Senior Living, I was part of a versatile marketing team supporting over 90 senior living communities nationwide during a period of rapid growth and brand acquisitions. Working closely with the Creative Director, I played a key role in establishing the rebranding of Cogir and its newly acquired brands, ensuring a seamless transition and strong visual identity. Through developing cohesive branding materials, I helped enhance brand awareness and consistency across various platforms, reinforcing a unified and engaging presence in the senior living industry.

My time at Cogir Senior Living challenged me to balance quality and quantity, proving that both can coexist even when managing multiple brands and individual communities as one of only two designers. In a fast-paced, ever-evolving company, I was given creative freedom to build brand foundations while continuously adapting and expanding my skill set to optimize efficiency and impact. This experience deepened my understanding of marketing outreach, particularly in connecting with a more focused audience, and reinforced my ability to craft strategic, effective design solutions in a dynamic environment.
